Associate Professor Tim Fawns

Tim Fawns is Associate Professor (Education Focused) at the Monash Education Academy, Monash University, Australia. Tim’s research interests are at the intersection of digital, professional, and higher education, with a focus on relations between technology and education. Tim’s research covers a broad range of practices, including curriculum design, assessment, teaching practice, and evaluation, emphasising complexity within online, blended and hybrid education. He has recently contributed to the Australian Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA) Assessment reform for the age of artificial intelligence guidance document and played a leading role in a range of sector-wide events to help institutions respond to the opportunities and challenges of artificial intelligence.
