Even if the groups are not large, you will have a greater level of input and autonomy in determining how teaching occurs, often in collaboration. You will be able to demonstrate the full range of dimensions since the responsibility and influence of practice is broader.

The whole university, higher education industry, or sustained influence on the teaching and learning of a discipline nationally or internationally (e.g. strategic leadership, developing policy or accreditation standards)	Principal Fellow (PFHEA)	Suitable for: Highly experienced individuals whose practice involves a sustained record of effectiveness in strategic leadership of high-quality learning. Their impact is extensive. Individuals are able to evidence: Sustained and effective strategic leadership of higher education practice, with extensive impact on high- quality learning within or beyond an institution, or across a discipline or profession. Development and implementation of effective and inclusive strategies, policies, procedures, or initiatives to enhance practice and outcomes for learners. Active commitment to, and integration of, all Dimensions in the strategic leadership of academic or professional practices. Not included in the MEF. Applications by UoM staff for the Principal Fellow category will be supported on a case-by-case basis by the CSHE and assessed by Advance HE directly.
