Jason Ivanusic is currently the Head of Anatomy Teaching and runs a vibrant neuroscience research program in the Department of Anatomy and Neuroscience. He is interested in the design and delivery of innovative teaching practices to healthcare students, and also engagement/internationalization through programs delivered to external professional bodies (eg. anesthetists) and other universities (eg. Cambodia). He actively engages in scholarly activity relating to these interests and is an Associate Editor of Anatomical Sciences Education. His contributions have been recognized through the Melbourne Medical School Teaching Award, the MDHS award for Sustained Excellence in Teaching and Learning, and a Citation for Outstanding Contributions to Teaching and Learning by the Australian Government.
