Scholarship of Teaching & Learning (SoTL) and Academic Advising

About

The Scholarship of Teaching and Learning, including Academic Advising, Program is a Melbourne CSHE initiative for academic teaching staff and academic advisors. It aims to build Communities of Practice in SoTL and the Scholarship of Academic Advising across the University.

The first session will cover the principles of SoTL and we will discuss possibilities for collaborative SoTL and Academic Advising projects. Participants will have the opportunity to join a SoTL or academic advising group based on their particular interests.
Subsequent monthly meetings will be guided by the needs and interests of participants discussed in the first workshop.

Suitable for

Teaching staff and academic advisors at the University of Melbourne.
