Melbourne Leadership and Management Masterclass series

About

The Melbourne Leadership and Management Masterclass Series (LaMMS) is a program of professional development sessions that aim to build skills and capabilities in areas that are specific to the operation of universities and higher education institutions and relevant to the University of Melbourne.

Each session is 2-3 hours long in a face-to-face format on the Parkville campus. The sessions are run by the Melbourne CSHE with formal recognition through a Statement of Accomplishment offered at completion of each.

Suitable for

The LaMMS will suit University of Melbourne staff seeking to build their skills and knowledge in higher education policy, management and leadership. Some of the sessions are targeted at staff in particular roles and have limited places available.
