Re-engaging external stakeholders amid COVID-19 (webinar)
Applying Collaborative Partnerships Series
This Zoom webinar is for Staff at the University of Melbourne only, and is part of the Applying Collaborative Partnerships Series.
The unprecedented global pandemic has disrupted the ways we teach, research and engage in the Higher Education sector. This webinar aims to support academics and professional staff to navigate and re-connect with external collaborators and partners during this uncertain time. Building on conflict resolution frameworks, the workshop is designed to provide practical tools and skills to be used. Staff will be given the opportunity to review engagement and collaboration plans, re-assess the health of their project ecosystem, and re-map the shifted engagement landscape.
By the end of the webinar, staff will:
- Create a visual map giving an overview of direct and indirect stakeholders.
- Gain a clearer understanding of the impacts of COVID-19 on their stakeholder(s) and project goals.
- Discover more of their own and their stakeholder(s)’ needs, interests and concerns.
This Zoom webinar is suitable for academics and professional staff who engage and collaborate with external stakeholders.
Presented by Dr Siew Fang Law, Senior Lecturer in Engagement, Collaboration and Partnerships with the Melbourne Centre for the Study of Higher Education
