  • Tertiary Education

Are we inventing our futures quickly enough? The sparkle of novel technologies has for decades cast shade towards 'traditional' forms of education. What are the pivotal changes that are underway, and what feasible futures appear ahead?

This seminar unpacks emerging just-enough, just-for-me and just-in-time higher education. What implications do micro-degrees carry for curriculum and qualifications? How can we understand today's learners? Can we find better ways to assess people's competence and potential?

What teaching capabilities need further development, what new ones are needed, and what shape workforce is required?
